Dividend Growth Stocks

Money in the Trough – January Dividend Stock Purchases – 2021

Happy new year… looks like it’s going to be a wild one!  I’ve been pretty active the last 2 weeks looking for the best values I can find at the moment.  Here are the dividend stocks I’ve purchased so far.

I keep a running log of every dividend stock I purchase which can be viewed in the dividend growth stock purchases page.

So far, I’ve put almost $15,000 to work with an average yield of 3.9%.  I’ve added a little over $580 of yearly forward dividend income this month!  Good month for sure!

The $IRM purchase was made via DRIP.

New Buys - January 2020

My dividend portfolio has been updated with these buys.

All additional purchases made this January will be posted on this page.  I aim to invest $2,500 – $4,000 every month.  Last month I invested almost $5,800!

I'm a dividend growth investor who is aiming to retire early in 6 years at the age of 45. My goal is to live off the income my dividend portfolio and rental property produce exclusively and leave the corporate rat race. I hope you will join me in this journey!

WOW…. speechless. $15K of capital deployment in one month. Just insane. Impressive but wow, insane.

Congrats and that’s just an awesome add to your forward income.

Yeah, got to put that ROTH money to work! January is normally a pretty big month with those ROTH funds burning a hole in my pocket 😉
