Dividend Growth Stocks

Money in the Trough – November Dividend Stock Purchases – 2019

Happy turkey month!  Anybody else blink and October was over?  Anyway, November is here so it’s time for another monthly round of dividend stock purchases.

So, here are the dividend stocks I’ve purchased so far this month.  I keep a running log of every dividend stock I buy which can be viewed in the dividend growth stock purchases section.

There aren’t a lot of super dividend stock values that are ripe for the picking at the moment, but here are the best I could find.

So far, I’ve put almost $2,500 to work with an average yield of 3.6%.  I’ve added almost $90 of yearly forward dividend income this month!

The $T, $GIS and $CVS purchases were made via DRIP.

New Buys - November 2019

My dividend portfolio has been updated with these buys.

Full disclosure – The $JE.A purchase is an inexpensive experiment I’m running with preferred’s – this is not something I would normally buy!

All additional purchases made this November will be posted on this page.

I try to invest $2,500 – $4,000 every month.  However, last month I invested just over $4,600!

What have you been buying this month?

I'm a dividend growth investor who is aiming to retire early in 4 years at the age of 45. My goal is to live off the income my dividend portfolio and rental property produce exclusively and leave the corporate rat race. I hope you will join me in this journey!

  1. Congrats on picking up more shares in some great companies. My plan was to slow my purchases down but now that we’re finally back to some regular investing and of course the $0 commissions I’ve been DCA-ing quite a bit each week. I want to stop until I can get a decent chunk of cash on the sidelines for larger purchases when the opportunities present themselves but it sure is fun getting to add more shares each week.

Thanks JC! I’m with you, zero commissions are great! The ability to pickup a single share here and there is so freeing – no more having to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars at a time to justify making the purchase! And congrats on your great October!
