It’s already been a pretty eventful August. I just logged into my account and noticed several new dividend stock purchases. Gotta love DRIPs!
So far this month I’ve spent ZERO new dollars on dividend stocks, yet I have added $12 bucks in yearly dividend income! It’s almost like cheating.
I will keep this page updated with all additional purchases made this month. As far as additional dividend investing plans, I hope to put roughly $2,000 – $4,000 to work every month. There will be plenty of new dividend purchases soon.

in the past month, I’ve just made some small adds to pre-existing positions including SYK, RTN, MMM, ITW, ABBV, T. If anything, I’ve tried to trim some other stocks to raise more cash to have on hand–just in case there’s a bigger correction.
Hi Lauzier, looks like you made some great buys! I have been watching ABBV recently – I setup a limit order last week that almost hit (I was just a little late). I would also love to own some Raytheon… just need it to settle down a little further before i’ll pull the trigger. Thank you for the comment!
Nice!! I’ve just started my dividend journey last month. My (small) net worth is nearly 100% in a rental property and it’s time to change that. Thanks for all the motivation and great resources here!

Hey Blake… you are always so active with the purchases! My favorite of the list you have for August is ITW, which was your biggest of the group from a share count and $$$ perspective. That ITW dividend raise was massive… a nice boost to forward dividend income. I’m tempted to add some here below $140… we’ll see.
I try to keep as active as possible… not having money in my accounts generally slows me down though 😉 ITW last dividend increase was very nice. I look forward to reaping those rewards later. I will also add a few more shares if my limit order hits in the 135s.
