Blake

Blake from the Dividend PigFirst of all, thank you for stopping in and learning a bit more about me. My name is Blake and I’m a 35 36 year-old middle level manager living in Atlanta, GA. I have a dream to retire (in 10 9 years) at the ripe old age of 45. I plan to accomplish this mission through frugal living and building a health dividend portfolio while expanding my rental property empire. I’ve been somewhat frugal throughout my life which has put me on the right path. However, I am starting from square 1 (along the early retirement path) and will document all the successes and failures of this journey.

The goal of this dividend investing blog is to serve as a roadmap for people like me who want the option of early retirement. While I am very driven to make the sacrifices to achieve “financial independence” (aka: early retirement), this blog will also serve as a task master to keep me on the right path and accountable.
